Without platforms for young people to discuss the past and the genocide, there can be limited understanding of the challenges of the present and future. Hence FES Namibia and the Namibia Institute for Democracy created platforms for dialogue such as A Trilogy to Remembrance: Raising Awareness and Educating Youth on Ovaherero and Nama Genocide 1904 - 1908.

During the recent discussion, participants emphasized that social dialogue should enter the curriculum of schools.
