Hajo Lanz
Resident Representative
As the Resident Representative of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) in Namibia, Hajo Lanz is responsible for all programmes and activities related to this office. Previously, he headed FES offices in Kenya, Uganda, Morocco, Costa Rica and the UN Liaison Office in Geneva/Switzerland, and was Head of the Department for North Afrrica and the Middle East at FES Head Office in Berlin.
Karen Dietzel
Administration and Finance Manager
As the administrative and financial manager at the FES Namibia Country Office, Karen manages the project funds, human resources, FES assets, and daily operations. Additionally, Karen is heading both offices in administration matters. Karen joined FES in 2021.
Sylvia Mundjindi
Project Manager
As Project Manager, Sylvia is responsible for the folowing working lines: Political Reform Dialogue, Intra-Namibian Reconciliation Process, Gender Justice and Labour Relations. Her roles and responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing activities and networking with partners. Sylvia joined the FES Namibia team in 1997.
Inge Neunda
Project Manager
As Project Manager, Inge is responsible for the following working lines: Youth Matters, Social Protection and the Just City Project. Her roles and responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing activities and networking with partners. Inge joined the FES Namibia team in 2009.
Cheryl Kahambea
Office Manager
FES Namibia Country Office
As Office Manager, Cheryl's responsibility is ensuring the smooth operation of the office by performing administrative duties, daily communication and receiving visitors. Cheryl joined the FES Namibia team in 2016.
Reginald Von Luttichou
Driver/Technical Assistant (FES Namibia Country Office and fesmedia Africa)

Reginald's tasks are two-fold: As the driver, he is responsible for maintaining the organization's vehicles. As the technical assistant and contact person for IT-related matters, he is in charge of safety-related issues and technical setups around the office. Reginald joined the FES Namibia team in 2018.
Johanna Schroder
Cleaner (FES Namibia Country Office and fesmedia Africa)
Johanna is responsible for supporting the smooth running of the office by keeping the premises clean and orderly. Johanna joined the FES Namibia team in 2021.
David Edward
Security Guard and Gardener (FES Namibia Country Office and fesmedia Africa)
David Edward is responsible for securing the premises and personnel. He reports irregularities, informing visitors of policies and procedures and restraining trespassers if necessary. David is also responsible for looking after the garden. David joined the FES Namibia team in 2009.
