Our programme

Labour Relations in the Informal and Formal Economy

FES Namibia works with organised labour to drive a socio-ecological transformation that will lead towards more just societies. FES is convinced that democratic trade unions can build pressure from below by representing the voice of the working people in their communities, locally, nationally, and across societies and the continent. FES advocates to realise a just society through labour-related workshops and discussions organised with our partners: the Trade Union Congress of Namibia (TUCNA), the Metal and Allied Namibian Workers Union (MANWU), and the Mine Workers Union of Namibia (MUNW).
