Decolonial Dialogues

To progressively address the destructive legacies of Namibia's colonial past, FES Namibia organised various platforms of debate platforms for inclusive postcolonial dialogues and sensitive people-to-people approaches. By organising confidential roundtable discussions, FES provides safe spaces for exchanging views and experiences between representatives of different interest groups and those who are rarely heard. Fostering academic debate, political advisory work, and public discussions are equally essential to address the legacies in a progressive and constructive way. As a prerequisite, this working line is based on mutual respect and acceptance of differences.
